We take lifelong responsibility for the puppies we breed and understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise.
Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If a puppy becomes unfit for placement (e.g., due to a health issue prior to go-home), a full refund or deposit transfer to a future litter will be offered.

Refunds after purchase are only considered in the case of a verified health issue covered by our health guarantee.
Returns/Rehoming

If you are unable to keep your puppy or adult dog for any reason:

You must contact us first.

We will either accept the dog back or assist in responsible rehoming.

No refund is guaranteed after the dog has gone home, unless it qualifies under the health guarantee.
We are committed to each of our dogs for life and will never allow a Win-Kre Malamute to end up in a shelter or rescue.
